WHAT YOU'LL DO • Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional service • Provide information about products and promotions • Operating the register and handling transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems • Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers • Upsell products to increase revenue • Stocking shelves, coolers, and beverage stations • Keeping coffee, fountain, and food areas clean and organized • Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, restrooms, and outside areas • Assisting with product deliveries and inventory organization • Following company standards for cleanliness, food safety, and store operations • Supporting teammates and helping wherever needed during the shift WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Reliable and dependable work ethic • Positive attitude and strong communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members • Proficient in cash handling procedures • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude • Team-oriented mindset • Willingness to learn and take initiative • Reliable transportation • Must be at least 18 years old Previous experience in retail, cashiering, customer service, or convenience stores is preferred, but not required. We're happy to train motivated people who are ready to work. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position involves standing for extended periods, lifting merchandise, stocking products, cleaning, and moving throughout the store during each shift. Employees may occasionally work in varying indoor and outdoor weather conditions and may be exposed to gasoline fumes, cleaning products, dust, grease, and general convenience store conditions.
